2nd lease with Courtesy I renewed a lease with Courtesy Hyundai after my first 3 years as a customer with a Veloster. I needed something bigger with more space since I had a I renewed a lease with Courtesy Hyundai after my first 3 years as a customer with a Veloster. I needed something bigger with more space since I had a child in the past year and the Veloster's 3 door and small hatchback no longer fit my needs. I have enjoyed working mainly with Wendell for servicing over the past 3 years. He is the most friendly, very personable, and professional to work with. He always remembers me and even when I came through for a new lease he came into the room and greeted me and my family. This time we worked with Stan, who greeted us immediately and in the parking lot when we arrived. He set me up with my new lease, an Elantra, and allowed us to work with my jogging stroller to make sure it fit comfortably in the trunk. Stan came in even though he was on vacation, to complete my paperwork, and he helped out with my baby's gear since it was raining. He also got my baby a balloon, which made her visit more pleasant (now that I have a child, I understand how important it is to have a happy baby in all situations). I am currently enjoying my new vehicle and have found Stan very easy to reach when needed. More

Sales area personnel good. Sales area personnel were good, especially Joe Fillion, Mario Texeira, and Rob. Service and parts area, except for Wendell Jordan, Were a JOKE.... 3. Mirror still not fixed on the way home.....dangerous condition with passenger sideview mirror WILL NOT STAY IN SET POSITION AFTER SETTING OR USING IN REVERSE AND ANGLING DOWN.....GOES HAYWIRE AND NEVER RETURNS TO PROPER POSITION. Actually went down to see street when putting on right blinker. The two managers of service WERE LOST..... I was embarrassed for Wendell Jordan, who had to DO EVERYTHING, and try to make excuses for them.....It didn't work. WENDELL SHOULD BE THE MANAGER AND THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF HIM SHOULD BE FIRED OR DEMOTED TO WORK FOR HIM. More
