But very disappointed in the way things turned out, that a factory part was available but NEVER offered to me after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a UHaul tow hitch that is not GENUINE Hyundai parts, but the dealership chooses to use them, I asked for my $750.00 back and purchased the Genuine Hyundai parts from Pride in Seekonk and they ordered it and had it installed within 1 weeks time. Plus the Genuine tow package was on sale !!! Very disappointed!!! More
