Warning! ! Buyer Beware. Courtesy does not treat customers fair. I purchased a used truck from them. When it was delivered the windshield was cracked. They rep ! Buyer Beware. Courtesy does not treat customers fair. I purchased a used truck from them. When it was delivered the windshield was cracked. They replaced the windshield but did not calibrate the cameras to ensure the anti-collision, safety equipment was working. They admitted this was their failure. I live out of state and requested a local dealership perform the calibration and Courtesy agreed. I provided them an estimate and they approved the work to be done. I had the work done and submitted the receipt (which matched the estimate exactly). They now refuse to reimburse me for this expense. They said the cost is too high. I said why didn’t you tell me that when I sent you the estimate. They said they should have but still won’t reimburse me. I’m retired on a fixed income, and I think this is criminal. More
