Thank you for providing us with your feedback, Vincent. We tried to offer the best deal according to the work that needed to be done on the vehicle to account for the cost of the repairs. Unfortunately, our scanner was down at the time you came in and did not start working until the end of the deal. Once the scanner was working, it came back that the vehicle had issues with the Catalytic Converter which is why we had to alter our original offer. That’s not the reason for my review. My issue is your employee grabbed the contract, ripped them and then attempted to crumple them up when I tried to retrieve it. He acted in an extremely unprofessional manner and in no way treated me as a customer should be treated. Check your cameras, unless they really don’t work like he claimed. His behavior was unacceptable.
