My experience with sales associate Andrew was incredible. Completely different experience with the dealership dropping the ball and not sending out my over 15k trade-in check. It was agreed that the check would be sent out that Monday, FedX overnight, following the Friday I sold my car to the dealership. I live two hours away from the dealership. The following up Thursday, as no check had been received. I called the dealership and they told me the check was ready for me to pick up?!? Really?? Yes, I’ll be right over after my two hour drive there, then my two hour drive back home. The dealership told me they could send it out and I would receive it the next business day, Monday, no way. I finally got ahold of Alex Espinoza, he promised he would see that the check would be sent out that day via FedX, Overnight Morning Delivery, as I needed to deposit it right away. Come to find out it was sent out FedX Overnight Standard Delivery, which means it could arrive by 8:00PM. What professional makes that promise and does not follow through? While we sit around all day waiting for a check, on a work day. They received what they wanted from me, then hold me hostage in my receiving payment. Major fail, Courtesy Chevrolet! More

The customer service agent I worked with was not friendly and seemed somehow personally offended by me asking to use the military discount coupon in addition to the free brake service coupon.
