I called for an appointment and they scheduled me on a Friday at 1pm. I informed them my car is a fleet vehicle. I brought my car in for the appointment and had a rental car ready to pick me up because th Friday at 1pm. I informed them my car is a fleet vehicle. I brought my car in for the appointment and had a rental car ready to pick me up because they said they don't do courtesy vehicles, even though my issue was a warrantee. I got to the counter, the tech said that Tom with fleet isn't in today. I asked why they would schedule me an appointment on a Friday afternoon if knew he wasn't going to be working the next day on my appointment. So I waited, no contact on Saturday, no contact on Monday. I called on Tuesday for an update, he said he hadn't even looked at the paperwork yet. So now my car has been there for 4 days while I am paying for a rental car and he hasn't even looked at the paperwork. He said he would get to it today and call me to let me know what the issue is. No contact, I called back on Wednesday, nothing no call back. I call on Thursday, again, leave a message and hear nothing. Finally Friday afternoon he calls to say it's ready. I still have not been told what the issue was. The customer service is horrible. I get they are busy, but it is not acceptable to be so rude, provide not contact or update. If it hadn't been a fleet vehicle I would NEVER take my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet again. More

My experience with (service consultant) Rafael Ramirez was 100% better than what I experienced on Dec 31, 2022, with your female service consultant. I had made an online appointment a week in advance of t was 100% better than what I experienced on Dec 31, 2022, with your female service consultant. I had made an online appointment a week in advance of the 31st (8am appointment). Only to be told I did not have an appointment. That I would not be helped until 11 am or after. I was unable to locate the confirmation on my appointment via email. I had several appointments to follow this appointment. I woke up extra early for nothing. I feel she needs to get some more training on how to treat customers. The 31st was a waste of my time. More
