Overview the experience was excellent. Everything when great. However, when we were signing paperwork, the guy was handling the paperwork tried to add an extended warranty to my invoice Everything when great. However, when we were signing paperwork, the guy was handling the paperwork tried to add an extended warranty to my invoice even after I was very clear that I did not want the extended warranty. He asked multiple times and I kept telling him no, but he still tried to add it! Everything else was great, but I felt its was dishonest of him to try to include the warranty after I specifically asked him not to add it. He tried to hide it by discussing monthly payments instead of the total invoice amount. I only caught it because I asked for the total amount and it was a lot higher than I was expecting. Very sketchy to say the least. I would have given less stars for this part of the experience, but Amir was so impressive helping us it is hard to take any stars away for that reason alone. More

We are highly disappointed in this dealership. Not only that - they have the vehicle priced online at less than what they were charging us at the dealership. $75k online and then $76k at the dealership. They tell us they will remove the options to then say no we can’t do it. Which is it? Don’t waste our time and on Christmas Eve to make matters worse. And to add to it - The manager was very rude! Where is the integrity at this dealership? There is none. More
