Plus I took my car to be "fininshing touch" told would air my new car tires on star and chevy said are low, and behold they are still low, so don't know where to take my car, cause retured dirty with dirty back seat floor board and black dust over the car. So confuse if anything was done, and the sales guy bribed me for a good revire for a tank of gas, how about just being grateful I got the car from you and did a good service so I could give you a good review. And the kicker is not calling me that my car is ready and the service department person said " MY BAD" I missed appointment, and I get a "MY BAD" this was really disrepectful. So I can only think that women are just treated poorly. Other wise I don't know , I paid the car off, so they don't have any issue and dump 34k on the dealership with no problem,, so why treat me so poorly and the reference to my Looks was frankly discusting behavior. More

Great service I have been taking my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet for regular seevice since 2016 and my experience had always been good. There have been times when I have been taking my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet for regular seevice since 2016 and my experience had always been good. There have been times when the wait has been long, but Courtesy has a very nice waiting room, and a very nice coffee machine. For people like me who work through the service appointments, there is a desk and places to charge phones and laptops. Courtesy is also conveniently located next to a very nice shopping complex with clothing stores and restaurants that are a great distraction while waiting. More

Impossible deal made possible What can I say for your typical review for a salesperson and the dealership he works for...namely Courtesy Chevrolet? I can only use one word. SUPERB! What can I say for your typical review for a salesperson and the dealership he works for...namely Courtesy Chevrolet? I can only use one word. SUPERB!! They are miracle workers!! Loan approvals were getting denied left and right but there is one person I want to recognize in the financial department.. Her name is Clarissa...she fought tooth and nail with one particular lender(we will not mention their name) but they led her to believe that our loan was good to go only to give her the run around later and tell her they decided not to fund the loan. This powerhouse gal did not give up and decided to stop any relations with this lender due to their customer service and how they refuse to accommodate her requests. She miraculously found another lender after she explained the situation and finally got an approval. Thank you so much for your efforts Clarissa!! Then there’s my Salesperson named Tanguy. Speaking of someone who doesn’t give up...he is the poster child of determination as well as having a lot of patience. (And i has given him a lot of reason to be frustrated with me) Since day one..he went back and forth researching, calling, and never throwing in the towel or even worse, handing me off to another salesperson because of my “attitude”. Nope... he stayed with me through thick and thin and wouldn’t let me give up as well. Tanguy...your efforts have finally paid off and anyone who’s planning on shopping for a car should ask for him. You will get nothing but amazing service and results! Because of my driving back and forth to the dealership, he even went ahead and filled my gas tank up again as a show of how important I am to him! I mean...who does that?
