First, when the dealership contacted me to inquire whether I needed service, I told the caller that the weatherstipping on the driver's side door needed replacing and that one should be obtained before I came in so I would not have to make a second trip. It was not there at the time my vehicle got serviced. Second, I had my windshield wipers replaced, but one of the replacements still leaves streak after use. More

Wonderfully awesome experience. 2013 Malibu engine light was on. Within 1/2 mile of dealership light went off. Was very bummed because I was told previously problem could not be diag 2013 Malibu engine light was on. Within 1/2 mile of dealership light went off. Was very bummed because I was told previously problem could not be diagnosed unless light was on. Since I was so close I stopped by anyhow. Before I could get I greeted by service rep. Explained problem, he advised code is stored in computer and he would have someone look at it. Within two hours the problem was diagnosed and repaired, and it was still under warranty. Which meant I didn’t have to spend any money 💰! Service rep was very informative and knowledge. As it turned it I ended up spending a lot of money, but it was on a new car! It’s only been two days, but so far I am very happy with my new purchase. This is the 3rd Chevy I have purchased in five years. Two for myself and one for my daughter! Kudos to the salesman that sold me the car, his supervisor and everyone that worked effortlessly to provide great customer service. I will be back in soon to pick up the floor mats and second key. Thank you for great customer service. More

Wonderful to work with Mike and Alex we're wonderful to work with. Since I was over 80 miles away I called to negotiate over the phone and was able to come to an extremely Mike and Alex we're wonderful to work with. Since I was over 80 miles away I called to negotiate over the phone and was able to come to an extremely fair deal with the sales manager Alex on the phone. When I got there, the deal was exactly what we negotiated and the car was there as promised. I wish all my car buying experiences were this easy and pleasurable. Everyone was great and professional.
