As Usual They Did Not Fix The Problem I regret ever buying my car at Courtesy Chevrolet. I have now brought my car in four times to have an issue diagnosed and fixed (under warranty). Ea I regret ever buying my car at Courtesy Chevrolet. I have now brought my car in four times to have an issue diagnosed and fixed (under warranty). Each time they stated they found no problem. I just brought my car in for maintenance last Monday, showed the technician where the problem was coming, the technician heard the noise and stated they would investigate. When I picked up the car, it was indicated that no problem was found and the car was no longer making the noise. The notes indicated that no issue found on the right rear suspension. THEY WOULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM ON THE RIGHT SIDE AS THE ISSUE WAS ON THE LEFT REAR SUSPENSION!!!! Four times in, four times issue not fixed. I have got one more prepaid oil change (I regret buying it now) and then it is on to a more capable and caring dealership (i.e. Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet), as I was taken care of there in the past. Do not even think of buying a car here and expecting them to back-up with service. More
