CJSANTPOYO, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the feedback offered by our service advisor. Your comments have been reviewed by our team and we believe your concern was a squeak with the brakes. Our technician did inspect your brakes as a part of our MPI. Your brakes are in very good condition given that the vehicle had less than 5,000 miles. A brake squeak can be caused by some moisture trapped within the braking system. With the recent humid and wet conditions this is understandable and should resolve. Again, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your visit. We hope the oil change and tire rotation were satisfactory.

It is not a squeak. When I break it sounds like metal is rubbing against each other. I don't think it has to do with humidity, if that's the case the noise will not go away because the Summers are humid in Chicago. The car stared making that noise about 4 weeks ago and is not going away. It is a new car, it shouldn't be making that noise.
