Unfortunately i went to a Kia dealership due to the location, well what a horrible horrible mistake; worse customer service from the sales and management team, unorganized and a complete waste of my time, they couldn't give me an answer even after one month. I decided to return to Continental Nissan, where my father had purchase two vehicles in the past, even if it took a little longer trip to get there. Bo Cvetkovski assisted me with the whole experience of becoming a first time buyer. He listened to my needs, my wants, and understood my budget. So he worked with me to get me the best possible price for an amazing vehicle. The whole process was so easy and I ended up with a wonderful Nissan Altima the same day 3 hours later. Bo took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase overall, he was personable, hard-working, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car. I had them clean up my old Nissan to give as a present to my son on Mother's Day. Some folks laughed but I am that grateful for my son..and for Bo's attention to making sure I got the car that would work best for me...not just the one I wanted on a whim.
