A great car buying experience My husband and I were going to just look at the Murano on the lot of Continental Nissan. We both agreed we were "not going to buy". Then we met Dick My husband and I were going to just look at the Murano on the lot of Continental Nissan. We both agreed we were "not going to buy". Then we met Dick Barker. The dealer was actually closing. Dick approached us in the parking lot and spent as much time as we desired with no pressure. He walked through the options on all the Muranos and gave us his card at the end. His willingness to stay past closing brought us back to talk more about the car and price. Dick did not change on the salesroom floor. He continued to be helpful, knowledgeable about the Murano and very willing to work with us. We are now the proud owners of a 2015 Nissan Murano Platimum for what we believe was a good price for us. The entire staff at Continental was very welcoming and pleasant as well. Customer service is very important to us and the entire staff at Continental certainly met the bar. A special thanks to Dick for the great experience. More

Worst experience ever I was decided to buy used Honda Civic 2006 year for $10,000 in this dealership. When I came first time the sales consultant John Kowalczyk showed it t I was decided to buy used Honda Civic 2006 year for $10,000 in this dealership. When I came first time the sales consultant John Kowalczyk showed it to me and I had a ride. I like that car and I want it. This sales consultant told me that my finance check will take about 30 minutes. After few hours of waiting he let me go home with no answer. Next evening I came back and waiting for few more hours. When finance manager Nick Fronimos come to me, he was very arrogant and I felt discriminated because I am foreigner and my English language skills isn't perfect.. He didn't take time to explain me why 5 banks declined my offer. I couldn't understand why, because my credit score was 6,7 and I had $2000 down payment. He just told me we can do finance to you with %20 interest - take it or you get nothing and just leave me sitting near the table with no apologise. Same evening I went to Continental Toyota at the same street and they told me that Nick Fronimos totally screw my record. After what he did with my record it was hard for them to get a finance, but they did it - with 6.1% interest and I bought Toyota Prius 2007 year for $10,000. So it happened two months ago, but I still thinking about it and feeling sad. I would never recomend this dealership to anybody. More

Helpful, Caring Dealers! Guys, I have the worst luck when it comes to cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle on Memorial Day weekend because my car decided to give up Guys, I have the worst luck when it comes to cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle on Memorial Day weekend because my car decided to give up on me. I walked in and I was approached by Bo. My situation was difficult in what I was looking for as far as a car goes, where I wanted my monthly payment to be, and some other issues. The day I came into the store, I was not able to get a car. Knowing that I didn't have a car to drive and that I would be back with my Aunt to cosign for me, Bo and the Continental team let me take a car off of the lot to drive back and forth from work until I could get a car of my own! I returned with my opinionated family on Monday, and it was a process trying to find a car I liked and could afford, but Bo remained patient with us. Finally, I found a car I wanted and could see myself driving, and I got approved for it! My interest rate was high, but they gave me all the options available. Later, I received a call from the finance guy Nick and he was able to get me a lower rate the next day! My aunt and I were surprised by the rarity of the type of people that work at Continental. Usually, when you're a female buying a car, you feel like everyone is out to scam you; but at Continental, they make the purchasing process as easy and friendly as possible. I would recommend this dealership and Bo to all of my friends and family because of the attentiveness and care I received in the whole process. I think it is safe to say that I am absolutely in love with my 2013 Nissan Altima, and I thank Bo and the rest of the staff at Continental for helping me drive off in a car that I love and can afford! We were a total pain, and they were pleasant and friendly throughout the whole ordeal. More
