Great Salesman After several weeks of shopping for an SUV, we looked into the Nissan Pathfinder. Prior to shopping at Continental Nissan, we shopped around to sever After several weeks of shopping for an SUV, we looked into the Nissan Pathfinder. Prior to shopping at Continental Nissan, we shopped around to several Nissan, Hyundai, Honda, and Toyota dealerships. Quite honestly, I know why people hate car dealerships/salesmen and have bad experiences when car shopping. Many of the dealerships/salesmen have ethics typical of used car salesman; they are rude, dishonest, inexperienced with their product, and "bash" other dealerships. It is unprofessional of a salesman/dealership to "bad mouth" another dealership or product and the customer doesn't want to hear it! We eventually got our buying choice down to a Honda (which we currently owned) and the Nissan Pathfinder but decided to buy the Nissan Pathfinder because of our salesman, A.J. Simpson. Even though the Nissan was a bit more expensive, we felt more comfortable buying from Continental Nissan and with A.J. Simpson. He was very polite, helpful, patient, and had a great sense of humor! He was very professional, not rude like other salesman, honest (unlike other salesman), did not "bad mouth" the Honda or Hyundai when we told him we were looking at those cars, and he never pressured us like other dealers. We would definitely recommend any future buyers deal with A.J. Simpson-he deserves the business/commission and the buyer deserves the good experience with a professional salesman! More

Luis was good in getting me a new Nissan Rouge at the price I can afford. Chuck was great in giving me the info on how the car works and setup of the technology in it. Jay was good in making the numbers work for me. All in all a good experience. More

I went in planning to buy a new car, but left with a nice used car and a good warranty package. I would, however, recommend the dealership to offer customers a full total cost and financing packages for at least two car options, before going to the finance agent so that customers can really compare which car is better for them. Everything was streamlined from an early stage so by the time you go to finance, you're really just looking at one option. Nevertheless, the customer service was very good and I would still recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great lease-to-purchase experience I leased a Nissan Sentra in 2011 and decided to purchase the car when my lease was up in August. I'd worked with Jay Ward when I initially leased my c I leased a Nissan Sentra in 2011 and decided to purchase the car when my lease was up in August. I'd worked with Jay Ward when I initially leased my car, and when I came back to buy, Jay had me work out the paperwork with Dick Barker. Dick was so fun and nice and kept me laughing and entertained as we filled out paperwork, and made sure that I had snacks and water during the long process. Dick was also fantastic in helping me clean up my mistakes - I had recently move and didn't quite have my new address memorized yet, so I accidentally gave him the wrong address. When I figured it out, Dick called me and cleared things up right away and made sure my additional paperwork reached me. He also found the customer service number for my lender so that I didn't have to search for it! More
