They more than went the extra mile for me each and everytime and I consider myself to be a very picky customer. Renee in financing also did an outstanding job. She was very friendly and did a tremendous job in getting me the best financing rate possible even though I thought I had already secured a great deal through my credit union. She is extremely good at what she does and made the whole process a breeze and fun. (Hard to believe I know--but it was) I truly felt like a member of the family by the time I got ready to leave. Ron J. was also great to work with and was not your typical high pressure manager/closer. You could tell he took great pride in his employees as well as making sure the focus was on the customer. Everyone I came in contact with had a great attitude and enjoyed what they were doing. Amber and Brian were great to work with. I was in the market for about a year and went a few different times to look at cars. They were not pushy and were very honest. I ended up buying a used Honda whic market for about a year and went a few different times to look at cars. They were not pushy and were very honest. I ended up buying a used Honda which I absolutely love! The air conditioner was acting funny the first few days I had it so I took it in and they reset my AC no problem.
