Brought car in to have a problem checked. Waited for 45 minutes to get car checked in when I was in time for appointment. Was late to work. Poor customer service that day. Listened to young lady with bad attitude make fun of customers instead of helping while we all stood there waiting for help. Long wait time. Was told there would be a follow up from Tracy when there was more info. No follow up. I call. I leave a message because Tracy is busy. No return call. I call again. I leave message. No return call. Unbelievably bad customer service. This place is a joke. More

I get good service from the dealership. In this case the shuttle pick up was much less than satisfactory, not because of the driver, but the route.
