Brought car in to have a problem checked. Waited for 45 minutes to get car checked in when I was in time for appointment. Was late to work. Poor customer service that day. Was told there would be a follow up from Tracy when there was more info. No follow up. I call. I leave a message because Tracy is busy. No return call. I call again. I leave message. No return call. Unbelievably bad customer service. This place is a joke. More

I get good service from the dealership. In this case the shuttle pick up was much less than satisfactory, not because of the driver, but the route.
