My contact person wasn't even there, I was handed off to someone who left me sitting there. I can't even believe I bought the car because I was so dissatisfied with the service including the finance person someone who left me sitting there. The fact that this car is almost 9 years old I kept being told I was getting a great deal after all the charges are bumped up it isn't below value. Total joke. Your customers are treated poorly they're just left their sitting there. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I bought my vehicle cash. This was my first time using a dealership for an oil change and it did not disappoint. I bought my car in August from Corwin and I have loved it. So when they said 1.5 hour wait I was willing to sit in change and it did not disappoint. I bought my car in August from Corwin and I have loved it. So when they said 1.5 hour wait I was willing to sit in their nice waiting area working on my laptop and have a cup of coffee. Well little to my surprise I got a text and finalized what they did and it was done in 35 minutes! I was shocked and surprised. I know it won’t always be this fast, but I was elated that I had my car back quick and in a hurry! More
