I wish there was more continuity, and agents reviewed my file. I was told i needed new tires this visit, and asked the agent to look back 12 months and i had gotten new tires (with a 40,000 warrenty) from file. I feel the service would be better if when they told me i needed something, they would look back and tell me when and if i had that thing done. This is a 2015 Prius that has always been serviced at the Toyota dealership, but it seems hard to tap into the service history here at Corwin. More

I had the factory 2 inch, TRD lift installed on my 2023 Tacoma. I explained to Josh that I wanted all my old parts. I did receive all the old bolts.
