I’ll preface by saying that Yair was awesome to work with. He was very patient with me and my concerns with my car. That being said, my alignment became out of specification following my transmission re with. He was very patient with me and my concerns with my car. That being said, my alignment became out of specification following my transmission repair. It was completely fine prior to my service appointment. Instead of the service department rectifying the situation, I’m being told to spend another $130 to fix something that shouldn’t have needed to be fixed in the first place. I’m slightly annoyed. More

Took 6 hours for a scheduled oil change, saying they didn't have the oil filter. It was a scheduled service someone in the parts department didn't do their job.
