Hello, We are sorry to hear about your recent visit. However, when you arrived Damon was with another customer and was unable to assist you. Noah who finished up your deal, had informed you that there were a number of customers ahead of you waiting to get into finance, this was the reason for you waiting to finalize the paperwork. We work on a first come first serve basis. Paying cash or financing doesn't factor into that process. Colorado law requires that finance offer all available aftermarket products. This is done on every deal. This prevents customers from saying it was never offered. You did great deal, and the only additional fees were Dealer Handling and taxes which are on every vehicle purchase!
