Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and welcoming environment. However, my services took 2 hours longer than what the advisor quoted and I almost spent $1300 more on services than Clean and welcoming environment. I appreciate the advisors and technicians work to make sure everything is done up to code and I have a safe vehicle. There were important services they found that I needed to do. Yet, there was also almost $600 in services that were recommended about 10 to 20 thousand miles earlier than what I feel was needed. I explained to the advisor how much of my mileage was flat, interstate driving, which helped us to remove some charges. Also, some of the services were just done at a different dealership. After speaking to a manager afterwards, they assured me the technician would have only done the work if they felt it was necessary. I just wish it was more clear with the advisor what the severity of these issue were, and which ones may not be necessary under lighter driving conditions. More
