I recently took my vehicle to have warranty service performed for my blind spot monitoring which would be covered by my extended warranty. This part was already replaced 9 months ago under my paid ext performed for my blind spot monitoring which would be covered by my extended warranty. This part was already replaced 9 months ago under my paid extended warranty. However this time, they charged me around $250 and said my warranty would not cover the work since they did not replace anything, even though the sensor was erroring. When I shared my frustration about this, they said "I have to pay my technician for their time". Not great customer service in my opinion and I would not send anyone here for service unless they had their existing standard toyota warranty. Poor customer service Corwin. More

This dealership’s internal paperwork system is so slow that I found out my paperwork was ready for getting a license plate only 4 days before the temp tag expired! The dealership wants to shift blame to that I found out my paperwork was ready for getting a license plate only 4 days before the temp tag expired! The dealership wants to shift blame to the DMV but they are so slow and clueless that employees don’t even know the status of the customer’s paperwork! Then you end up driving with expired tags and getting ticketed by the police, because Corwin’s poor systems and controls. Also, the management is very non-responsive to customer complaints. I would play it safe and shop elsewhere, at a dealer that cares about customers. More
If you buy a car here, I would be very careful about one thing. My experience was horrible. They give you a temporary tag for 60 days but they simply don’t process your DMV paperwork internally. They never mail you anything that you can take to the DMV. I found out 4 days before my tag expired that the paperwork was ready. But it takes a week or two to get a DMV appointment. So have fun getting pulled over by the police for expired tags before you get your new plates. If you buy a car here, I would recommend calling the dealership every 3-5 days for the next 60 days from the day you walk out the door, asking if your paperwork is ready. If you want to avoid this hassle, pick a different dealership that treats their customers better! More
I had an issue with the engine and it was misdiagnosed and I called several times and got no reply from the service agent or the service manager. In the end I traded in the car which had less than 60000 and I called several times and got no reply from the service agent or the service manager. In the end I traded in the car which had less than 60000 miles and got a new Toyota from Stapp. Your service was so bad I will never do business with you again and I have shared my story with friends and family . My niece bought a brand new rag 4 from Stapp because of my experience with you. More

I was very indecisive and it took me hours at the dealership to make a final choice, but he was very patient and I truly felt like he had experience.
