I was frustrated because when I went to pay through the Sunbit program, the representative didn't know how to activate it and instead try to deter me from using it. I like using it because I can choose to Sunbit program, the representative didn't know how to activate it and instead try to deter me from using it. I like using it because I can choose to break up the payments with no interest, and it allows me to pay big ticket items that are over $500. It took your staff almost 2 1/2 weeks to find out how to activate Sunbit for me, and it was on my own initiative. I had to drive over there on a Saturday to get them to get it to work for me. I don't know why it's offered if your staff doesn't know how to use it and then they deter us from using it. I'm at a point now where I'll probably take my business elsewhere because of the inconvenience it provided me. Another item, I know this isn't the dealership's fault, but my rotors had to be changed after only two years. I was told by your staff that it's because of mountain driving. I don't know any car, especially new ones that have issues with mountain driving , we live in Colorado I can't believe rotors would be warped from mild mountain use. very frustrating that I had to pay $800 to replace my rotors on a two year-old car and then staff told me I couldn't pay the way they initially offered it to me to pay through Sunbit More

I inflated my tires to the proper psi before taking my car in.When I got home I noticed my tire warning light was on.I checked my tires and they were over inflated by 8 psi!
