We had an overall difficult and unpleasant experience at Corwin. So difficult that I've been telling people not to go there. We saw a vehicle online and made an appointment. When we arrived it took us half an hour last our appointment time to be seen. The vehicle was fine but the salesman knew very little about how it worked (it was used so I suppose I understand that). We tried to talk numbers and they low-balled us on the trade in ~$8700 (about $1200 to $1500 low) but we carried on so we wouldn't have to do the work of selling our old car. Then they did the "I'll ask my manager about getting you a deal" truck. That man was unbelievably rude with my husband. He said he couldn't budge at all to what we were asking (even though the salesperson said they could make a good deal). Obviously it was a game. We said we'd just leave because we had another car in mind and the manager started being incredibly rude We left but it was disappointing because he seriously was rude rather than just negotiating. Then the sales guy trailed us outside altogether continue the game and said he would try to get him down. He called soon after saying he could get down a bit. Then called back saying someone else was driving the car and they could get it so done even want it (the games!!!). We went back after a few hours after the guy called us again saying the people didn't take it, did we still want it. Ugh. We went back but in retrospect, should not have. When we finally saw the paper work, they moved numbers around so it was very difficult to tell if they had even reduced the price (it went down maybe $500 but we asked about $1500. Anyway, we were just exhausted. They had increased the price of the trade-in and did some other fishing around (they actually brought it up from the first set of paperwork where they tried to slip in a value of $8000 instead of the $8700. Anyway, we wee exhausted and just ready to go. The sales guy was a nice young guy so we wanted to deal with him but that's the whole game. They mess with the numbers to make it look like you're getting a deal but when you ask for the total price it's pretty close to the same. Sly and dishonest. I gave them a few stars because the car was clean when we got it but my husband and I will never go there again. More
We bought a used truck from this dealership and had an overall awful experience! We saw the truck online and reached out. They had sent us a link to do a vehicle trade in evaluation. We reiterated over and over that it was very important to us that this be as smooth as possible as we had a little one. We paid a deposit and told them as long as the vehicle drove well in the test drive that we would be purchasing it. We told them ahead of time that we were bringing out own financing. We had an appointment scheduled ahead of time, but when we arrived the truck was not pulled up. The test drive went well and we sat down to purchase and everything fell apart. We should have taken it as a sign when we sat down and he couldn't log into his computer because he let his password expire and he didn't know how to reset. This was only the beginning of a complete cluster of an experience. No paperwork was prepared and they started low balling us on trade in even though we already had an agreed upon price. Finally came to an agreement on price and then they tell us if we don't use their financing we can't take the truck that day. We were already several hours into the process so we agree to use their financing because the manager promises he can match our rate. Another close to two hours pass and finally sit down with finance, and he starts rushing us through paperwork. First problem, they only put my husband on the vehicle and we like to have our vehicles titled in both names just in case. He tells us he would have to start all over and it would be several more hours, at this point we were already past bedtime. We say whatever and move on. We get several more papers in and we have never seen terms, just a payment amount. I ask him what our rate is and he says why does it matter, your payment is where you wanted? I say it matters because I want to know and it is not just the payment that matters. He tells us the rate and it is 2% higher than the one we have. We tell him that's enough we are leaving. We get up and walk out and as we are leaving all the sudden he says oh look at that I just got another rate back and it is the same as yours! Even though we waited on finance for hours they still couldn't find time to wash or detail the truck before we took it. Overall it was a very skeezy, negative experience and we ended up spending close to 8 hours at the dealership for something that should have been very straight forward and arranged ahead of time. Overall Chris was nice enough, but seemed lazy, didn't have anything prepared, and couldn't follow through on the trade-in we agreed on ahead of time. Also was no help when everything fell apart with financing. More

Corwin called me to say there's a recall. I made an appointment. I left the car with them for 3 hours. Then they said yes your car qualifies for the recall and they've ordered the part. Now I have to take it back for another appointment. Complaint: if you recall, have the part in stock. Corwin disrespected my time. More
