I have had nothing good happen since I bought my car:( came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no bo came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no body hardly calls back. They made it sound like they did me such a big favor to fix what was wrong with it less then 12 hours after I bought it. They said well I did buy a used car… I’ve driven countless miles to pick it up and drop it off and asked for someone to meet me half way but “they don’t do that”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. If I was the manager I would be going above and beyond to make sure I fixed these issues and made the customer feel comfortable with their purchase. Everyone I have talked to will never shop there now. Sad story. More

The sales process was ok, similar to other dealers. The finance person was actually pretty helpful and not pushy to us. After sale follow up was not good. We had some accessories as part of the deal and were waiting to pick up the vehicle. Our sales person got sick and there was no one specifically backing him up, so communication was basically one sided from me. When we went to pick it up there was no one designated to help us and another sales person stepped in. He found out that someone had taken the floor mats from the vehicle. These are back ordered until who knows when. Luckily I purchased some winter mats so I can use them. The dealership needs some better policies on after sale etiquette and sales backups. With that all said, we had some helpful people and the process wasn’t awful, but could be better. More
