Nice Dealership and Service...but not happy with costs I had a new camshaft put into my 2011 Acura with 162,000 miles..I love the car and have been very diligent about regular maintenance. What I liked wa I had a new camshaft put into my 2011 Acura with 162,000 miles..I love the car and have been very diligent about regular maintenance. What I liked was my service rep Victor and the waiting area. Very clean, professional and Victor was great to work with. What I didn't like was that I spent $2,800 dollars for the first visit and had to come back for valve adjustments and pay another $300. Valve adjustments should be part of a normal cam installment given it's quite normal from my research. The lack of accurate valve adjustments set off a Christmas tree of warning lights and actually made me worry quite a bit. Still haven't put on that many miles, but I worry about the overall quality of the work given valve adjustments are pretty easy for someone who knows what they are doing and my expectation is that Honda mechanics get great training. I have a warranty and will change the oil a few extra times given new parts can create some extra junk. I'm not a mechanic, but I felt a little taken advantage of and worry about the quality of work given I would like to put another 100,000 miles on. More
