Good agent bad manager We really did not like tha way Eric talked to us. He was in such a hurry and upon asking him to slow down he said he wants the banking stuff to be don We really did not like tha way Eric talked to us. Even if the banks were open at that time it is totally our problem to allow corwin to run our credit check. There was no need of hurry and being rude. I walked into the dealership and was welcomed with smiling faces. I met with Dustin Pedersen and he took us for a test drive and got all the paperwork ready. He went over other accessories for the car. He always made sure we were comfortable with snacks or beverages while we waited for Finance. Dustin even offered to clean out my old CRV. DJ was thorough in explaining all the options of the finances. Dustin made sure we had the warmest car ready when we were done. I drove off a very happy and excited lady! I went back into the dealership to get my AstroStart installed and was treated with the utmost respect and cheeriness as the first day.
