Dawn (I think she is the internet manager) was the sweetest little thing and was so helpful over the phone. We are from Hazen and were a little hesitant buying a car so far away. She took pictures and told us she would keep the car there until we were able to drive to Fargo if we put a deposit down. We didnt event know that was a possibility. I have been needing and wanting a new car for years but admit that the one thing that kept me from getting that much-needed vehicle was the thought of going through a dealership and a fast-talking sales person - not a very good experience for me in the past. Levi Grey was excellent! Very professional yet personable, understanding, helpful, and HONEST; downright genuine. Levi believes in the product he promotes and his only goal was that we walked away "happy" and not feeling "pressured" into decisions. What a relief. Also, he never left us "hanging"; we felt totally comfortable asking any question any time, as he did an excellent job keeping up a comfortable communication. It was clear that he takes care of his customers and wants them happy, and my husband and I could not have been happier with Levi's assistance. I'm pretty sure that his qualities was a big influence on us in our purchase; I can't say if my husband and I would have made our purchase if we were unhappy with our salesman.
