The coordination between the finance department and the sales department was not very effective. I financed my car loan through USAA, and after the sales team provided the new vehicle’s VIN, the finance ma sales department was not very effective. I financed my car loan through USAA, and after the sales team provided the new vehicle’s VIN, the finance manager spent a long time on the phone with USAA. During this process, no one informed me that I needed to wait for verification to ensure Corwin Honda received the wired transfer before I could leave, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay. Overall, the vehicle selection on the lot was limited. I did not see many options with leather seats, color choices such as red were scarce, and there were no vehicles available with a sunroof or panoramic moonroof. The communication and coordination at Corwin Honda clearly need significant improvement. More
