I was mislead and taken advantage of by the service rep. I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty c I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty company. I made the mistake of trusting what I was told by the service rep. As a result I was grossly over-charged for a fairly simple repair. It was a horrible experience. I will warn everyone I know about going to any of the Cortese auto companies for repair or purchase.
