First, I had issues with the sales team and then my second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they l second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they left oil on my passenger side seat. This is a brand new Lincoln and I had a puddle of motor oil on my seat. They cleaned it but the interior still smells like oil. More

I am extremely upset. I just recently purchased the vehicle from Cortese Ford. I made it very specific as to what I wanted done and made a appointment for the work. They were supposed to flush the tran vehicle from Cortese Ford. I made it very specific as to what I wanted done and made a appointment for the work. They were supposed to flush the transmission and completely go through the vehicle. This is the stuff that should have been done before I purchased it. I made it clear to Ron and the service manager that it was obvious that it wasn't done before the purchase. When I asked about the transmission when I picked it up from service they stated that they didn't feel that the transmission needed to have anything done with it. Now less than a week after having the so called service done I have a pretty good exhaust leak. This should have been found or at least noticed when the vehicle went through the inspection process. This is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend going them for service because I feel that they skip over the little problems to hopefully get bigger and higher paying repairs in the future. More

Recently purchased a blue 2020 Ford Escape. I had previously leased a 2018 Ford Escape from Cortese. Dealership offered a program to pay off remaining lease payments.
