Sales is great Service was below average. The valet option is not a true option as promised when buying the car. The service was fir tire rotation, oil change and fix the auto feature for the liftg option is not a true option as promised when buying the car. The service was fir tire rotation, oil change and fix the auto feature for the liftgate. The auto liftgate feature has not worked since I got the car. I waited for the service 1,5 hours and was told there wasn’t time to diagnosis the lift gate issue. I had to come back. I also asked if there was a alert warning tone I could set for BInd spot detection when I used my turn signal to go into another lane and someone was there. I found the flashing lights on the mirror not enough At first I was told yes and then it was a very confusing thing. A lot of running back and forth and no answer. I previously owned a Kia. There service was professional and I was informed of the status of the sevice as I waited. Also if the technician found something wrong while servicing. I was informed right away and given options. Plus they washed my car. Kia has such a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was happy and helpful. The mechanics were really nice too. . At Cortese No one cared my lift gate was not working when I left No one gave me options or said anything. I never want to go back there again. The mechanics walk around with grumpy faces And the Service Managers seem in a rush and not focused on the customer, ME. More
