The conversations with the service representatives about the costs of the recommended and optional services were clear and to the point. 5 star rating for the parts department. Always friendly and helpful when i need parts. If they don't have a needed item in stock (they usually do), they either get the item quickly - usually within a coup and helpful when i need parts. If they don't have a needed item in stock (they usually do), they either get the item quickly - usually within a couple hours - or point me to another dealer that has it. Latest purchase was new battery and thermostat for my F-350. Top notch service. Thanks again guys. More

Gentlemen, I appreciated the work you performed on my last appointment, the loud noises when engine is cold was resolved however, the eco boost feature isn't working since.
