Jack has excellent customer service and communication skills. My child goes to school in NY and needed her car repaired. He also dealt with the company where we bought the car (again, not in NY) and clearly communicated the repairs and costs with them. I would recommend Cortese and Jack to anyone. I feel confident and relieved my child has a safe car to drive after the repairs. An added bonus, the car was repaired the same day it was brought in! The service department kept my car for 3 months with no compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation! I had to pay a car note for a car they had and for a rental without any reimbursement compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation!
