Brought in for an oil change. Asked if I wanted to do a recommended tire rotation. I agreed. Left the building and my wheel came off my SUV on a busy road. They ended up having to order a replacement rim. I go in today to get the new rim put on. I left immediately after and then noticed there were dings in the new rim. I’m not even going to bother calling them as I just want to move on from doing any business there. More

My experience was none. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am. When I did get a response back, I still did not receive an update on the service of my vehicle; and when I informed the person who texted me back, explaining that I would need my vehicle back that day, I was told to pick it up. I then arrived to the service center at 5:21pm, it was closed, and if it wasn't for a sale person inside the dealership itself; I would not have been able to access to my vehicle, and come to find out, no work was done to it anyways. I’ll never deal with the dealership again unless its for a recall or for warranty work. It took 4 visits to get work completed because they kept forgetting or couldn’t do something after I was already there a recall or for warranty work. I had to keep taking time off of work to continue to get my car looked at for the same stuff. The entire process was a joke, especially when I was told I’m responsible for my car and I had already brought my car in twice for the same thing and the work hadn’t gotten completed. Complete waste of time. There are other dealerships out there when I’m ready to buy again I’ll find somewhere else because at this point there has been nothing but trouble and problems with the dealership and me buying this car 2 years ago.
