Wonderful service people, mostly time sensitive. I was promised an hours grime but 2 service employees were out sick. Took more like 2 1/2 hours but I am retired, we are in CV time. We did our dealings over the phone at first then did a test drive and finished over the phone. All went fairly well but probably would have been better all in person. Our salesman was off on the day of test drive and finished over the phone. All went fairly well but probably would have been better all in person. Our salesman was off on the day of the test drive so the dealership had someone else work with us which was difficult because all of the dealings were with the original salesman. Closing went fine, especially once we got into the dealership. The Finance Manager was very good and through. The salesman Burt Lyon was very good and did what was needed to close the sale and very attentive to our needs. More
