Once I made the deal my salesman Phil was barely to be seen and his mind was elsewhere, just seemed odd, once the sale was over it was like he didn't care about me anymore. When I was finally leaving he didn't even look at me as i walked by him or offered to say thanks or goodbye. The finance guy gave me a fist bump which was appreciated. The Finance guy, name is eluding me even though he was having difficulty with balancing the numbers he was very cool to deal with. Overall, I live the vehicle I gotten, but I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to come by a car from Vision Ford based on the interaction or lack there of from the salesman. More

I had difficulty with your dealership. First, I was offered $1500 for my trade-in which was negotiated up to $2200, but blue book value much higher, I wound up selling my old vehicleit to carmax for $ offered $1500 for my trade-in which was negotiated up to $2200, but blue book value much higher, I wound up selling my old vehicleit to carmax for $4000. On top of that, there was nothing taken off the list price of the used vehicle that I purchased from Cortese. More importantly, they sold me a used vehicle that had been in an accident. There was no accident listed on the carfax, but another dealer, an independent repair shop, and a collision shop all said the accident would be evident to a trained eye. Fortunately, Cortese made good on the repair of a leaking transmission cooler due to the accident, but would not give me an extended warranty on it. I would never buy from this company again. More

Not happy this time around......brought my 2013 Ford Escape for broken outside drivers mirror. Regret paying over $700 the same day for repair. As was everyone else at the dealership who worked with Josiah and me to put together the perfect deal: Shane, Darren and Travis. My wife drove me in to pick up the car and she too was impressed with Josiah and Travis as they quickly and efficiently worked through the paperwork enabling me to be in and out by the exact time I needed to.
