I love the vehicle, don't love the service. Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus ST. Absolutely love the car... The issue lies with the shady worksman ship of the employees. The car has a cracked windshield, a bent rim, and had un-usable brakes all of which was left for me to repair rather than being fixed when asked within the week of purchase. I was told that I bent the rim and that there was nothing to be done... I was told the windshield would be looked at, which never happened. And I was told the brakes are an as is, although the vehicle had a fresh inspection with pads that had 15% pad left. I think this place has great potential if they would put more into customer satisfaction rather than profit made. And also Jack Hawes was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Everything beyond him began to crumble. More
