I found that my truck was leaking oil from somewhere. I immediately called Cortese and they had me bring the Truck in right away without an appointment. I had to leave it unsure when I might get it back. I immediately called Cortese and they had me bring the Truck in right away without an appointment. I had to leave it unsure when I might get it back. The very next morning my service representative called me and told me the truck was ready to pick up. Because it was leaking oil they decided to pin point the leak and fix it right away. That’s what I call excellent service. Kudos to Zach, Scott and the mechanic that worked on it. More

Going to the dealership for service generally means paying a little more than going elsewhere. This recent service, like previous service, was upfront and efficient. I was told what the problems were paying a little more than going elsewhere. This recent service, like previous service, was upfront and efficient. I was told what the problems were and given prices and any options available. And for routine work, they can often get you in quickly. I accept that owning a car means I'll have to pay for repairs and maintenance. Corstese Ford makes this as painless as possible.
