I would not cecommned the is place to my enemies or my friends.. I had a horrible experience when they fixed my car which was in an accident. I went for a collision repair and left with a broken drive sha friends.. I had a horrible experience when they fixed my car which was in an accident. I went for a collision repair and left with a broken drive shaft and a ruined transmission. The staff covers for each other and even will lie to cover up things. Please be diligent when you go there and get as much as you can in writing they refused to give me paperwork on the repairs they completed. So at the end of the day it's their word against mine. More

I was a first time customer @ Cortese Jeep in need of an immediate wheel alignment after striking a curb which essentially disabled the vehicle - Mark in scheduling worked closely w me to squeeze me in late immediate wheel alignment after striking a curb which essentially disabled the vehicle - Mark in scheduling worked closely w me to squeeze me in late on a Friday afternoon ( thanks for hanging around ) , Mike Navarro , service consultant was outstanding in explaining the problem and going over the resolution - many thanks to Mike for working w customer who had little knowledge of vehicle yet not making me feel as such , excellent customer service skills that other industries could learn from And lastly Nate who I did not meet but did the alignment - my car feels like it did when new - tight responsive driving - fantastic job I’ll be back again to Cortese for my vehicle needs Gary More
