My service coordinator Mike was awesome. I was happy to get my car back on the same day with all the necessary work completed. I needed a new battery that cost $324, which seems expensive. W I was happy to get my car back on the same day with all the necessary work completed. I needed a new battery that cost $324, which seems expensive. When I opened up my glove box today, the upper shelf within the glove box was detached and laying loose in the glove box. Now I have to figure out how to reattach it. I'm not happy about that either. So, Mike gets 5 stars and the dealership gets -1 star which gives you my rating of 4 stars. More
