The jeep had a few issues that were suppose to be fixed prior to me actually picking it up. One was corrected but a few others were not. After a couple weeks back and forth my jeep is finally ready. They never denied responsibility which was nice but it was frustrating going through the process. It almost seems like sales and service had some miscommunication. Dave Hilner also took the time to meet with me a couple times. Again the Sam and Dave were never a problem just the situation was frustrating. Both these guys extended themselves to help me out. Got my jeep all done now though and it looks great. Can't wait to ride around with the top down! More

service department sucks! We have brought our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which we bought here, 3 times we have gotten the runaround from the service department. They lie and tell you We have brought our 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which we bought here, 3 times we have gotten the runaround from the service department. They lie and tell you it will only take a couple of hours and your here all day. We live about 30 miles away, so when we call for appointments we have to wait. We have come as early as 9:30AM and not gotten out of here until 5:30 PM, right during rush hour traffic. Would NEVERTHELESS recommend this place to anyone. More

I have been trying to contact them but the manager is never can recieve my call and never calls back like they say. Worst service ever. More
