Quick, Easy, Timely and Informative I needed to get my T&C Van in for final service and issues check before the extended warranty expired, was just 200 miles short of the mileage end. I I needed to get my T&C Van in for final service and issues check before the extended warranty expired, was just 200 miles short of the mileage end. I called on Friday, and Brian Mitchell was able to get me worked into the following Monday's schedule. Tim Young took great care of me at the service desk, insuring any previous issues that had been recurring were fixed immediately, even finding some other issues to be resolved and covered under warrantee. Last repair only occurred after dealership wrecked my duely, then put tires on incorrectly, so I had to take it back for correction, while there I had them look at a fuel leak which earlier they had diagnosed as a transmission leak. Took two times to get it right. More
