When I went to pick up- i was told a fee when i was expecting my visit to be no charge- When I asked to speak to service manager he came out aggressive and brought "paperwork" for "Proof" that car had (1) oil change done on it previously (6K?). Very aggressive - did not want to hear the mix up of details when car was dropped over 6 months prior with 6k miles on it and how they would NOT do oil change at that visit due to LOW mileage. Finally for sake of not arguing, I paid for oil change even though accordingly to their records I only had put on 3k additional miles since last oil change. No customer service skills, horrible customer relation skills- management needs courses on how to talk to customer and WOMEN as well. UNHAPPY- location is bad enough to get in and out of on road to deal with bad service on top of it! More

Dirty vehicle I dealt with a sales person by the name of Rick; he was very professional and polite. However, during my test drive I notice minor spots and strain throughout the vehicle. I brought these issues to Rick’s attention, he assured me that they would be taken care of during cleaning of the vehicle. Well! they were not, I paid over 25k for a vehicle and had to come out of my pocket and pay $120.00 to have it clean! I found this treatment to be unacceptable!!!! More

This time it took a couple weeks to drive away with what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. John Cortese was personally involved and was genuinely committed to helping us get exactly what we wanted. John and Rick Riola were extremely patient through our decision making process. While they were consistently available to answer questions they never pressured. Just fantastic customer service from a couple of guys that I now feel like are friends. My purchase wrapped up working with Dave Hilner. This was my second experience working with Dave. Like the first time, Dave was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to the entire team at Cortese for another great purchasing experience. More

You can no longer direct dial service, you call the 1800 number and get routed to a call center. all those that i dealt with were rude and inconsiderate. i never swore. i was assertive and to the point of the issue. i was hung up on by several people. cortese does not care about the customer, only about the bottom line.
