Wow, such a positive experience! I would like to thank my salesman Weston Brainerd for taking such good care of me. He walked me through the whole buying process and explained everyt I would like to thank my salesman Weston Brainerd for taking such good care of me. He walked me through the whole buying process and explained everything very thoroughly, always checking if I had any questions or concerns. He did not rush me or pressure me and was very calming, even when I was fumbling at installing the jeep app on my cell. He was very polite and friendly and very easy to talk with. I recommend him highly. Also would like to acknowledge Ray Brzezinski for getting me through the finance part which I thought was going to be grueling. Ray was very friendly and personable and a couple times he even made me laugh. The whole experience was very positive and everyone I met a Cortese was super friendly and helping. I love my new Jeep Compass and it is comforting to know that Cortese stands behind it and ready to protect me with me with a great warranty. They even checked in with me a couple days after I brought my Jeep home to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had any questions. I know I purchased a very dependable vehicle to take me through the years and have a team ready to help keep it in top condition. Yes, I would recommend Cortese Dodge to everyone! More

Had an issue with this dealer listing "coupons" under service coupons on their website, then the service rep does not honor them. The service rep, Mike Nazzoro, is rude to customers and unwilling to appl service coupons on their website, then the service rep does not honor them. The service rep, Mike Nazzoro, is rude to customers and unwilling to apply coupons listed on their website. This is the second time I've had issues with him not applying coupons, and now they tell me the "coupons" listed on their website are not coupons at all but only starting prices, but there's no transparency on their pricing so I never know what costs will actually apply. Mike also claims to never know what specials they are running because they come from a third party, then why are they even listed on their website under service coupons? Overall, I will never work with Mike again, I don't need to go to a dealer to be spoken to with a rude tone as though I'm bothering him. Plenty of other dealers in the area that go above and beyond to provide great customer service, and are transparent about their service pricing. More

This dealership has been the only place we purchase a car or have our cars maintained in the last 40 years. Nick Nazzaro is absolutely wonderful. Before him were many other wonderful service advisors. The sales personal have always been very good. The sales person is not the one we continue to have a good relationship with. It has always been your service advisors that have been so professional and courteous and kind. Nick always goes above and beyond. He even told me he was refusing to do our "quarterly" maintenance. He explained to me that my van did not need routine maintenance that often and he could not in good faith keep allowing me to spend the money that I was spending. Now - Who Does That??? MY opinion only Cortese Dodge hires people with that kind of integrity, knowledge, and professionalism!! Keep up the good work. Cortese is the very best and I have sent many people to you when they tell me they are looking for a new or used card. More
