BUYERS BEWARE! As I've stated now on Google and will soon state on other review sites, I'd definitely look elsewhere to buy a vehicle. I'm in a brand new Pacfica and havoa really tough issue. These guys have taken zero responsibility for helping get me through it. I've been there twice, both times they refused to troubleshoot the issue and solution...which is simple btw. Chrysler FCA was no better they told me to go to dealer, dealer told me to go to Chrysler, and around and around we go. 10+ calls, even more hours later and I'm no further along than when I started. Do your homework, find a dealer that understands customer service and go there. Avoid this place, you can do better. More

Bad Experience I wasn't happy about the outcome of the new lease car, paper work wise. First one I drove the new car home realizing the next day it wasn't registered I wasn't happy about the outcome of the new lease car, paper work wise. First one I drove the new car home realizing the next day it wasn't registered in my car insurance due to your error giving them wrong vin # of my car. Then you called me to call my insurance agent to fix it? It's not my job to do that. Second you took $150 for title and registration which is acceptable, but do not show in the paper work the break down of how much exactly they are. You only put N/A to all. I am just very dis appointed how you handle the insurance part of it. Nothing showed and enter in my insurance company about the new car. I leased. You did not give me the insurance card either upon leaving and taking the new car home. Luckily I didn't get an accident that night on the way home. Therefore I am giving you guys poor customer service. More

I was NOT easy to deal with I dislike salespeople and the ENTIRE care buying experience. My sales person was Samantha Cortese. I was unsure how much I would have to pay for insurance on the Jeep Cherokee I was thinking about leasing. Samantha suggested we call and get a quote. We called and got the monthly quote and we closed the deal with me leasing, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee paying less than $400; insurance and car payment. I also became really upset and walked out of the dealership. Samantha came after me and talked me through the details and gave me more than we had even discussed. She heard my heart, my fears and frustration. She helped me not walk away and for that, I am thankful. Thanks Samantha! :) Also, I would like to say Dave Hilner graciously excepted my apology after I'de become unyielding and no longer wanted to be reasoned with.
