I hate how they charged me for work not done. Tried calling Mike but his full number is not listed on their website. How about that? THey put old parts on my car but charged me full parts. I brought my car in for service on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I believed and was told by another service company that I needed a new transmission. I was contacted by a mechanic, Nathan Johnson, who Cherokee. I believed and was told by another service company that I needed a new transmission. I was contacted by a mechanic, Nathan Johnson, who informed me that it was only a rusted out oil pan on my car and would only cast me somewhere in the $300 to $400 range. Two days later I picked up my car I and gladly paid my bill of four hundred and change for the entire bill. The car ran like a top again. Thank you for the service and low cost to me. Cortese is my new service for my car. On a new note, because of my age (81 years old) the car I now drive (my 2013 Jeep) will most likely be my last. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and cost to me. And thanks to Nathan for his great work! More

Mike in service was great! That is not why I wouldn't recommend you. The fact that you are charging a fee to pay with a credit card is ridiculous. It's not like your a small restaurant with minimal charges from your clientele. Your service department billing can be $100, and most likely more, and now your charging your customers a fee on top of that?! People don't walk around with that kind of cash or a checkbook anymore. Meanwhile, I'm sure you get a better credit card discount rate than Sunny's restaurant. Horrible customer care. Shame on you. More
