Mike Nazzaro is an excellent service technician if he didn’t inspect my car before it was taken off to be serviced. I would have never known my water pump and driver side head gasket was leaking. But tha didn’t inspect my car before it was taken off to be serviced. I would have never known my water pump and driver side head gasket was leaking. But thanks to Mike they were replaced while my car is still under warranty saving me money on repairs More

I brought my Jeep into get an oil change on a Saturday. My appointment was at 9:30am. After 2 hours of being there the car behind me wanted to leave so they pushed my car out of the way to let that car o My appointment was at 9:30am. After 2 hours of being there the car behind me wanted to leave so they pushed my car out of the way to let that car out. Then they took every car behind me in line before mine. When I asked why this happened, they said they were short staffed. However, that does not explain why all the cars that day went before me when my appt was at 9:30am. They took everyone first that was in line after me. I never go out of there until 12:30pm. 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. That is NOT OK to make someone wait that long. No one ever apologized. They just kept saying we are short staffed. Well you should have told us that when we checked in then. Needless to say I will not be going back there for this again. More

Awesome experience today at Cortese Chrysler jeep dodge ram!! Mike Nazzaro was fantastic!! He made sure I was taken care of with a loaner and explained everything that had to be done to car. He called me 3 ram!! Mike Nazzaro was fantastic!! He made sure I was taken care of with a loaner and explained everything that had to be done to car. BEWARE. Won’t return once I brought my challenger in for maintenance and an alignment, alignment made my steering wheel off and when I got home I noticed Won’t return once I brought my challenger in for maintenance and an alignment, alignment made my steering wheel off and when I got home I noticed a scrape out of my lower bumper splitter, left a message with the service manager and no reply customer relations was nice and forwarded my info to the higher ups but no reply just ignored, since I left the dealer before noticing they will blame me for the issue, So now I have to pay a different dealer to re do their alignment and to replace the bumper splitter they damaged More
