I saw a great car at an amazing price on Nissan site and was coming to get it and someone sold it as well! extremely pissed Curtis told me to still come and he would find me a car! And he did! It was ALOTbetter than the car I was coming to get and I instantly fell in love with it! I gave him an extremely hard time because I was pissed and If you can deal with me he can deal with anybody! Rick Rijo, our sales manager, was very happy to help us. We told him about our budget and what we were looking for in a car. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the different details and options with the cars that would suit us. We never felt pressured and our multiple questions were always answered with a smile. What we really appreciated was that he went above and beyond to find the car that would be right for us so that we would walk out as happy customers. The end result was that we did leave the dealership as happy customers. Rick put us in the car that we really loved at the price that suited our budget. He helped us exceed our expectations! I also want to mention that all the personnel, from Financial Manager to the General Manager, were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. UNEXPECTED TURN OF EVENTS I am a long term customer of Coral Spring Nissan, so when it was time to finally buy my dream car, I knew who to call. I called later in the afternoon, made the deal by phone and we picked up my new SUV that evening. Weeks later we found some electrical wiring issues. The third time into the service department, Ski, the general manager, made us an amazing deal to go from leasing to purchasing a brand new vehicle with only a small difference in what we where already paying. WOW! That blew our minds. They also drove to Clearwater to pickup the exact one we wanted.! They treated us like royalty the whole time. I am a very satisfied customer that has a smile on her face every time she sees that vehicle. Ski and Shannon could not have done a better job if they tried. I have always serviced my cars at Coral Springs Nissan and found them to be fair, capable, eager to please and went the extra mile. But this last experience surpassed them all...I ended up negotiating my deal with SKI, the General Manager. I was there a long time...I'm a Realtor, so I negotiate for a living. Ski took me seriously, treated me with respect and made the deal happen himself...he's the boss, so I don't think this happens very often. His commanding presence can be felt throughout the dealership and I think he has the respect of everyone who works there. Doug the business manager was excellent, and my deal was mostly handled with the Business Manager, Omar Nieves, who is another gem. Once again, Omar treated me with nothing but respect. He's special. SKI, you are an amazing manager. You have my profound respect. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and they have my business forever! More
