Rick Rijo Super Salesman My wife and I. bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue.We researched the web about the Nissan Rogue and what it had to offer in way of options and accessories.I no My wife and I. bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue.We researched the web about the Nissan Rogue and what it had to offer in way of options and accessories.I no sooner got off the computer when someone from Coral Springs Nissan called me to make an appointment the same day,I did not get the gentleman's name but he was very courteous.When we arrived at Coral Springs Nissan we were met by the gentleman who then introduced us to Rick Rijo.Rick was very friendly with a since of humor,he made us feel right at home.We sat down to discuss the what we wanted a mid size cuv Three things we wanted,not to be asked what wanted in the deal,Red in color,alloyed wheels not plastic hubcaps.Rick Listened to us and he was able to arrange what we wanted.We ere happy with the final price and very happy with Rick Rijo and stayed with us to through the final deal. We were happy how clean the showroom was and how courteous all the employees were. Rick Rijo is the man!!!! We have just leased our third vehicle from Coral Springs Nissan and all 3 times I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rick Rijo. His light-hearted s We have just leased our third vehicle from Coral Springs Nissan and all 3 times I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rick Rijo. His light-hearted sense of humor makes what could otherwise be a stressful process very easy and hassle-free. The general manager came over and introduced himself as well as several of the salesmen who stopped by to say "hi" while we were at the dealership. I continue to have great experiences at Coral Springs Nissan and encourage anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car to make this dealership your first stop; it will probably end up being your only or final stop. My salesman Mark Mirand was amazing and the general manager (Wataski Franklin aka Ski) constantly checked in to make sure i was recieving amazing care. They respected my choice of vehicle and properly adviced me on all of my options with out being too pushy or trying to convince me to get something i didn't want. I am aware that i am a bit of a diva and very hard to please at times and yet some how these gentelmen actually made me happy and left me absolutely speechless. Even after i bought my vehicle they tinted it at no charge and gave me a vehicle to drive while doing so and when i returned my tints where perfect and they even detailed it for me. Great job guys and if they did anything less trust me i would say it like it is :-) More

They told me what scores to give on the survey to rate the salesman and the staff and the car. I was coached the entire time so I did what was asked since at the time Curtis was 1 of the best salesman I have ever worked with. After the purchase that was it no letter nasty answers or flat out ignored my calls. I was then told by Curtis I didn't tell him about the Carfax report is that not there job to find that out. Luckliy my husband put his phone on during negotiations and we have it where it is said there is a 30 day return policy. More
Everyone was professional and humanly real! From the first call I made I got Dave Mallouk, he was nice and willing to help the best way he could. I did make an appt. but I never showed up. I was afraid things would not work out for me and my time would be wasted. Dave called me a couple of times and I finally called back 2 days later and I got Kelly Millien, he was awesome! Even tho I had a negative attitude he truly brought a smile to my face which help to change my way of thinking. Kelly was great by motivating me with his realness, positive, nice, and comical attitude. I made an appt. to be seen that same day, then I met Mark Mirand, my my... he asked me, 'how can I make you happy today?' I answered all his questions and he told me not to worry, just be positive, I am going to make you happy today. And he did!! He has a humbleness about him, very nice and very professional. Mark made it happened! Malik in financing was great too. Malik did educate me a bit on finances and also brought a smile to my face with his comical attitude. I am not sure about what the admin is teaching the employees there, but what ever it is keep up the great work! It is awesome to do business with people whom are all on the same page with wonderful personalities and positive energy. Thank you guys again! I have never felt like a car dealership actually wanted to sell me a car and help me meet my goals (car need and $ needs) at the same time. Below is the long version. I promise you, while detailed, it explains why I am so impressed with the current leadership, Ski Franklin, Finance leadership, Malik M., and Sales team, Curtis Roberts. Thank you all for a top tier, 5 star experience. Searching for a new SUV for my wife, we stopped by The Coral Springs Auto Mall to look at the new 2014 Pathfinder. We were very promptly greeted by Curtis who was seemed genuinely excited to work with us. He took the time time to listen to my wife who knew exactly what she did and did not want in her next SUV. You would think that this is should not be a surprise, but it was contrary to our experiences at other dealerships where they only wanted to show us the highest trimmed model and ignored my wife when she advised it was too much car and included things she didn't need or want. As we test drove Curtis was not shy to tell us how young he was, how long he had been selling for and that he may not be the product expert, but had all the right resources to get us all of the information we would want and need. Curtis was very respectful when we told him that we wanted to test drive 1 or 2 competitors and again unlike competitors was happy to see us out and provide contact information as well as schedule a follow up. As we left a sales manager came over to ensure we had a good experience. It was the first time as we were leaving we were not asked,the traditional "how can we earn your business tonight." It was quite refreshing, to have a nice warm goodbye rather than feeling that we were being pressured to stay and by a car we were not ready to purchase. After test driving the remainder of vehicles, we returned to Nissan as we told Curtis that we would. We had texted that day, his follow up was SUPERB! He worked to find the car with the right trim and equipment in the 60 mile radius that could be brought in. We arrived at Nissan and were told Curtis had been given the day off. The general manager Ski quickly came over and took personal care of us. After another quick test drive of the car (with Johann who answered additional questions on the car) it was clear that we were ready to business. We even had the approval of our 8 year old. We were asked were we wanted to be money wise and I advised I wanted there best numbers with no money down. Ski asked for a few minutes and sat us down at a table in the dealership. He came back and presented multiple options and after review and some slight negotiations, we came to a deal. I told Ski that while this was likely a done deal, I know my wife and we would need 48 hours for her to go through her process and completely commit to the car. Ski asked if we would do paperwork still and walked us through the process that it would be null and void it we don't take possession of the car. He advised that there was no wait for finance ( a rarity and he didn't want us to have to wait we came back, We pushed the paperwork for the day we picked up the car. As we requested Ski had we had been driving pulled into the service alley, a well lit area. This car offered a few more options than we wanted but was it was not extreme. Ski called me over and wanted to see if we could make a deal on the car that was there rather than waiting for one to go in. We were not able to come to a number and I must say, when I declined it was nice to not be pressured and that a simple no was so easily accepted. We returned the next day and were told that the car that was sent was not the car that was ordered and we could complete paperwork, and the car would be a dealership in 48 hrs or less. I must add that both Ski and Curtis had texted through the day to answer questions, confirm information and assist in anyway possible. Ski and I continued to text about the car that was already on the lot. When we arrived, Curtis and SKi quickly greeted us and when we went to look at the the car on the lot. Ski and I sat back down and quickly agreed to numbers that would work for both of us. While I am always a man who wants a good deal, I believe in fair and equitable negotiations. After a short wait for finance (yes, there really was a wait for finance this time) we were greeted by Malik who brought us back and took us through the fastest and most painless car purchase I have experienced. I left feeling good about the purchase and with the feeling that these were people i would happily recommend to my friends and family. They were genuinely good people who wanted to sell me a car, and see my happy in the process. Thank you Curtis, Ski and Malik. Keep up the greatwork! More

The damage was minute mainly due to the inexperience of a new employee. Nonetheless, I contacted the general manager Mr. Watowski. He addressed my concerns expeditiously. He took possession of the vehicle and repaired the damage. He personally oversaw every detail and aspect of the repair process. Additionally, he kept us updated daily. Initially, my response was to never return to this dealership because of the negligence of this employee, however, my experience with Mr. Watowski was stellar. He was able to diminish my apprehension and rebound my doubts by successfully restoring my faith in the competence of this dealership's staff. We are a family of Nissan ownerships(3 vehicles Altima, Versa & Titan) & I will definitely return to Coral Springs Nissan. Mr. Watowski displayed excellent customer service & constant reassurance of his staff's capability to correct the mishap. He asked for the redemption & it was well worth it , Congratulations Mr. Watowski for a job well done! More
