The dealership woman sales manager, don’t recall her name, was personable and accommodating! Eric Disla, the salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful; however, I could have used a little more time with name, was personable and accommodating! Go buy somewhere else. Getting us in the door 1. An agent who called my mom (after filling out an online form) claimed we can possibly get 2.99% and we could apply this Getting us in the door 1. She made it appear that she would do the process with us from start to finish, keeping in contact through text with my mom until we arrived. When we got to the dealership and asked for her, she didn't come down and we were told she only deals with online to get us in the door and does not do the sale. Unethical saleaman 2. I brought my car in to trade and merely wanted to know where to get the tow truck to park it. A guy from "pre-owned" immediately approached and latched on, even going as far as crossing over to the "new" side and took credit for the sale of the new car even though it should have been an agent from the "new" side (obvious from different uniforms). He was pushy. Even a manager from "new" wondered why he showed us the new cars when he was from "pre-owned." 3. We couldn't even eat lunch in peace. In a hurry to get paperwork started, he sat down and began filling it out, asking me questions while I ate. 4. During the entire process, he kept looming around and telling us he bought the same car for his wife and he drives an hour and a half from Port St. Lucie to Coral Springs every day. Then at the very end when the sale was finalized, he said we have a beautiful family and made a comment implying he was single. We asked what about your wife you kept telling us about? And he said he had been divorced and wasn't currently married. 5. He held on to the new keys for as long as possible, asked us for a ride back to the "pre-owned" side, and stayed with us until I finished getting all my things from the old car. Wrong information on paperwork 6. The agent had to print it 5 times until it was finally correct (after we had already signed a bunch of forms with incorrect information). They throw out the incorrect forms in a bin marked "shred" but it isn't secure and anyone can take it out to steal your information. 5. Though we got a deal with changing our insurance policy, the person we worked with did not act very professional. Do not buy from here! More
