Just in conversation I mentioned why I was there and without me even asking he stepped right up and personally brought me to the service department. He introduced me to all the people I would be working with with this issue and he got me a loaner car. I even got to meet Casey the technician that would be doing the work. WOW!!! What a great bunch of people they have at Dick Beard. I consider them part of my family and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. I have become friends with other very helpful people there also like Dave Essa who didn't even sell me my car but always has time to talk with me about anything that is Stingray when Frank isn't there.
