Bob Alexander did a great job walking me through the products and features of the Silverado's they had on their lot, I decided on one particular model and the rest was easy, In the past I loathed working and haggling with sales people, but Bob made this as pleasant as possible, no pressure at all and he provided everything I needed to make an informed decision. I spotted a 2015 Red Chevy Silverado with a plow that had just been traded in. He explained there was no price or any other information on it since it had just come in the day before. It took Keith one day to find out everything and within 4 days we were driving the truck home. He handled everything for us including switching the registration over and getting it inspected. This was the best buying experience we have had. We had recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Avalanche from another dealership off Cape and the process was very nerve wracking.
